Speakers

The Student Leaders of Tomorrow Conference features four key-note speakers and several breakout speakers. Each guest speaker brings a unique perspective to the leadership topic he or she speaks about. After each speech, delegates split into roundtables where they discuss the speech in depth.

Roundtables

Upon arriving at the conference, the 300 delegates are split in to small groups called roundtables. Each roundtable is led by two facilitators, each a member of ALOT. Every roundtable participates in several discussions throughout the conference designed to teach delegates ways to apply their leadership skills to the college environment. The roundtables also provide students a way to form friendships with future and current Aggies in a small group setting.

Residence Hall Life

The Student Leaders of Tomorrow Conference provides delegates with many unique opportunities such as residence life. As a delegate, you will stay on campus with a current A&M student in his or her dorm room. This is a great chance to get an inside, more personal view of college life, something that many students do not receive at other conferences.
