Where exactly is the SLOT confrence?
The SLOT Conference is held at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
What do I wear?
Friday: School attire (jeans, shorts, t-shirt)
Saturday: Business casual (slacks, collared shirts, skirts, blouses)
Sat. Night:
Sports gear (favorite jersey/team shirt)
Sunday: SLOT Finale (khakis and your official SLOT t-shirt)
What do I bring?
Pack the following in no more than TWO bags/suitcases, and please use the luggage tags included in your letter:
1) Appropriate clothing
2) Sleeping bag and pillow
3) Towel
4) Toiletries
5) Comfortable walking shoes
6) Umbrella / poncho
7) Camera (optional)
8) Money for snacks / souvenirs (optional)
What time should I come?
Registration is from 11:30-2:30. After you register, there will be campus tours.
Registration will be held on the 2nd Floor of Rudder Tower; see the map enclosed with your letter for directions.
When is it over?
The SLOT Conference will be over at 12:00 pm on Sunday, February 17th. Pick up details will be sent out in the post registration packet which you will receive in late January.
