Delegates



Delegates are juniors or seniors in high school attending the conference. They often walk away from the conference with friendships that will last a lifetime!

Facilitators




Facilitators are freshman members of MSC Aggie Leaders of Tomorrow who connect with the delegates on a personal basis. They head the breakout sessions and are available for any and all questions that the delegates may have.

Programs




SLOT offers a wide (and fun!) array of programs suited to developing leadership, real world skills, and even friendships. From fantastic appearances by guest speakers to breakout sessions on a much more personal level, there is something for everyone.

Fun!




While the SLOT conference is designed as a conference based on a curriculum revolving around leadership, it may also materialize as one of the most fun-filled trips of your high school years. With mixers, entertainment, and many new friendships, SLOT is a great, well-balanced academic conference.
