The registration process is not complete until you have completed all of the following steps:
- Print, complete and mail or fax (979-845-5117) the online Delegate Application (PDF files require free Adobe Reader)
- Submit $90 payment by mail
(Make checks payable to MSC ALOT - SLOT) and have the delegate's name in the Memo Line
If you would like to request a scholarship to help pay for these expenses, you can fill out and submit this form.
Also if your son or daughter plans to drive to the conference they will have to pay an extra $30 for a parking pass to do so.
