I understand that registration is not complete until I have completed all of the following steps within 2 weeks of completing online registration :
  1. Complete this online application.
  2. Send $90 check or money order (Make checks payable to MSC ALOT-SLOT). Please add an extra $30 if you require parking onsite at Texas A&M for the weekend.

  3. A Complete medical release form and behavior agreement (found on the next page).

The deadline for a full refund on registration if you are not able to attend is January 15, 2008. You may receive a refund of half of the registration fee if you cancel by January 31, 2008.
